The Villa Na Penyal is localizated in the foot of a mountain with maravellous sea views, very near of Cala Millor in the northeast of the island. It´s ideal starting point to go hiking. Casa Medina is an amazing modern villa built in two levels. It is near the sea and has a modern design. Very well located, it is only 325 metres from the sandy coves of Cala Barques and Cala Molins, lovely coves with turquoise crystal clear water ideal for those who loves snorkelling and diving.

The villa is beautiful presented throughout, with high quality furnishings and fittings. Approached via some exterior stairs, the main door is situated under the front covered terrace that gives access to the hallway which distributes the house.

To the left of the hallway there is a large dining room with beautiful furnishings, as a solid wooden table and white leather chairs. This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.
