Villa Negri 2 is a comfortable family villa set in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed.  

Set on two levels, this attractive accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The ground floor comprises of a spacious twin bedroom, with en-suite which is accesses from the shaded front terrace. The front door leads to an inner hall, where another attractive twin with double doors that open onto pool and garden can be found, there is also a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and microwave, this leads towards a roomy dinning room.

Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor, that comprises of a comfortable lounge area. This lovely and spacious stone clad countryside villa is located just under 3 kms from the charming town of Pollensa, it has been tastefully decorated in a mixture of both traditional local style combined with modern touches.
