On ground level you´ll find the entrance hall, and 2 bedrooms with a double bed each one (one with bathroom en suite, the other one with a separate bathroom).

This is a great villa in a fantastic location just on the outskirts of Pollensa, with the old town just a few minutes walk. The villa is comfortable, built in traditional Mallorcan style with plenty of space around the terraces and pool area.

Casa Medina is an amazing modern villa built in two levels. It is near the sea and has a modern design. Very well located, it is only 325 metres from the sandy coves of Cala Barques and Cala Molins, lovely coves with turquoise crystal clear water ideal for those who loves snorkelling and diving.

The Villa Na Penyal is localizated in the foot of a mountain with maravellous sea views, very near of Cala Millor in the northeast of the island. It´s ideal starting point to go hiking. The attractive pool area, with a plant filled terrace, is a great place to unwind and savour the glorious Mallorcan sunshine.
