Finca Ca Na Bassera is an historic house from the XV century, it is situated between Port Alcudia and Sa Pobla town very close to the well known local Natural Park of S´albufera. Villa Negri I a offers a comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level.

In the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the roomÂ’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. Here you will find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table and chairs – useful for feeding children those early morning meals. There is also a shower room in the ground level.

The first floor is where you will find the villas three bedrooms. The master room has a double bed, and there is a further double room, which has twin beds placed together, and the final room is a twin. There is air conditioning in the double/twin bedroom. In this level there is a second bathroom, which is equipped with a bath, wc and wash basin.

The exterior of villa Negri I is a good place to spend time under the sun. There is a private pool with integral steps which is set into paved terracing and there are sun loungers and parasols for your sunbathing pleasure. There is a built-in barbecue where you can grill dinner before settling into the outdoor dining furniture and enjoying a meal outside with views of the surrounding area.

Finally, we have to point out that villa Negri I is close to another villa called Negri II. These are two different, independent properties, that have their own privacy, but they are a good choice for large groups of people.

The apartment Jordieta is a lovely and modern apartment situated in a residential area of Port Pollensa. The building is not far from the lovely little beaches of the well known Pinewalk area.

The apartment has a little garden at the front where the main door is located. This door leads straight onto the lounge dining room which is totally equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Off the dining room a door gives access to the well equipped fitted kitchen which has the facilities of a microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The utility room that houses the washing machine is also located next to the kitchen and has access to the rear of the block where the swimming pool is.

A simple and comfortable holiday cottage outside Puerto Pollensa. Can Oliver is a good base for a holiday, it is just located at the back of the main rood between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The villa is on one level and it has a lovely pool and views across the mountains. Inside, the villa is simply designed and decorated with classic furniture, white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furniture.

Deeper into the countryside we arrive at the Villa El Clos. This lovely cottage is situated outside the old town of Pollensa in a very pretty area known as the Colonya Valley just a 10 minutes drive to the historic town of Pollensa. It is a relaxing villa with lovely mountain views and a nice garden.

Inside, the design is totally traditional with some modern touches, terracotta tiles, wooden floors and also wooden beamed ceiling. The large front covered terrace leads into the lounge dining and open kitchen, this totally equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and a fridge freezer. The lounge has two sofas and it is equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player.

Wooden stairs lead up to a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds, ideal for older children or couples. A corridor gives access to the rest of the bedrooms, one twin and one double which both have sloping roofs that gives the house a cosy atmosphere. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and wooden floors. A full bathroom completes the villa.

The gardens and pool are very well presented, surrounded by palm, lemon and fig trees plus many other small plants and flowers such as cacti and roses. There are mountain views on the distance. Next to the shady terrace there is a lovely built in barbecue with plenty of working areas and an old bread wood oven.

Son Oliver

Location

The Finca Son Oliver is a rustic farmhouse built in the XVIII century, which was restored and preserving his old style and structure. The house was an old winery with cellar where you can find an old feeder for the animals, the old dairy with its appliances and the old garage where they kept in the old horse carriages. Also the house has a big and well kept garden for take a walk and on the main facade you see an old sundial.
Son Oliver lies in the southeast of the island, at 3km from Felanitx and 10km from Manacor, the second biggest city of Mallorca, famous for the pearls and furniture industry.
Visit the town of Felanitx on Sunday morning and take a walk to the typical market. Visit the Parish church Sant Miquel (1551 – 1603) and the hermitage of Sant Salvador, from where you can enjoy nice views to the interior of the island. The sanctuary of Mare de Déu de Sant Salvador is situated in the mount of Sant Salvador (494m). At the top of the mount you find a Christ Statue (1928) and next to the mountain you have “El Picot” with an impressive stone cross (1957). In Felanitx you have shopping possibilities and a great variety of restaurants and bars.
The nearest beaches are at 15km.
The golf players will love this Finca because it is very close to the golf course Vall d´Or.

Sa Torre 2 is a lovely country house situated in a small quiet wooded zone. It is built with the typical Majorcan style and has two double bed rooms and two bath rooms, living-dining room and open kitchen. The green-tiled swimming pool (4,5 x 9 m) fits perfectly into its surroundings in the serenely wooded zone. The house is a reformed antique stone-built house with strong rustic aspects and aperfect and very complete equipment.

Sa Torre is a magnificent property with a spacious, new landhouse. It consists of five bedrooms: two of them with doble beds and their own, private bathrooms, one of them furnished with a jacuzzi, the other one has got a round bathtub, a small dressing room with a wardrobe, and the other two doble bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and have their private bathrooms, too; furthermore a room with a bunk bed and a chaise longue in the living-room, which can be used for additional guests. There are two large living-rooms, one of them is equipped with SAT-TV and a music set, the other one, a living - dining room, is fitted out with an open fire place and a beautyful, big teak table for 12 dinner guests. Both living rooms have been constructed with large windows, so the rooms are full of light allowing views of the terrace and the garden. The kitchen is completely equipped with a microwave oven, coffee machine, etc., and you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, iron - and ironing board and two WC´s at your disposal. The house has underfloor heating in all its rooms. Nearly all the furniture of the house is made of teak, recently imported from Thailand, which gives the house its very special charm. Can Ullastre is a Country House , built in 2005 , and located near the village of Son Servera ,1 km , in the North-East of Majorca. The finca surroundings are full of almond trees and especially beautiful when all those trees are blooming during the months of January and February.
