“The Crocodile” marina (El Cocodrilo) of Bonaire is located in the Bay of Pollença area, five miles from the South of the Cabo de Formentor, and in front of the beach of Formentor. The surroundings of the Port are the residential zone of Bonaire. Being the tranquillity and silence its predominant characteristics. The Port was finished constructing in year 1,982, and at the moment it is managed by the Marine society of Bonaire, in concession regime. The services can be found basic nautical. Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed.

This house is situated in a very quiet area; very close to a town call San Lorenzo des Cardessar and the city of Manacor.
San Lorenzo is an small town of 3.000 people, Manacor is a city of 40.000 people where we can find big supermarkets, hypermarkets, cinemas, Majorica Pearls, Hospital, chemists, ect… and various visits to different types of church.

The port of Manacor is call PortoCristo and is situated at just  13Km. well-founded on the XII century. Very interesting is the visit to the caves of “El Drach” and the caves of “Hams”. Villa Can Pascol is a 250 years old countryside house, this villa has been recently refurbished by the owners who have retained so many original features, artefacts and stone walls which gives a lot of character and charm. Bonaire is situated in the North of Mallorca in a small residential area between the bay of Pollensa and Alcudia. There is a harbour with bars and restaurants and a local supermarket, several beaches overlooking onto the Pollensa bay. The old town of Alcudia set within its old walls ruins its only 15 minutes walk.

Villa Bonaire is a lovely house situated in the residential area of Bonaire near Alcudia town and just a short walk to the small beaches of the area.

Stairs situated at the front of the house gives us access to the main entrance of the house where there is a small hall area, to the left of the hall there is a large lounge dining area with doors opening to the spacious and furnished terrace balcony. A door gives us access to the new fitted kitchen totally equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, dishwasher etc. the kitchen has also access to the balcony terrace and to another rear terrace also with exterior furnishings and completed with a canopy to prevent the heat during the day. There is also a shower room in this side of the house.

Villa Negri 2 is a comfortable family villa set in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. In the ground floor we can find a comfortable living/dining area, furnished with sofas gathered around a coffee table and a Satellite TV. The living accommodation gives the villa a traditional air, with its wooden beamed ceilings sloping overhead and pale tiled floors. There is dining table with chairs to seat six people, which is conveniently located just next to the galley kitchen, and open plan stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft on the first floor. The living/dining area has air conditioning available to keep you cool. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. It comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob/oven and fridge/freezer and has an exterior door which leads directly out onto the pool terrace – perfect for daytime access to cool drinks in the fridge. Also on this level are the three bedrooms of this villa. The master double has a dark wooden bed and its own en-suite bathroom which has a bath, WC and wash basin. There are two further bedrooms which both have twin beds, and these share the separate shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom for your convenience.

As for the first floor, it really is a mezzanine. Open plan wooden stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft space, where you will find a sofa bed. This gives you the option of extra sleeping space, or is a pleasant hideaway for teenage children hoping for a little privacy.

Outside there is a covered terrace where that offers cool shade from the midday sun and is a lovely place to take advantage of the villas barbecue and dine outside on the warm summer evenings.
